In tribute to the celebrated terroir of the historical Stellenbosch wine region, L’Avenir focuses on producing elegant wines which showcase their unique setting.We focus on the 2 varietals which form the foundation stone of the South African wine industry – tipping our hat to the heritage of Chenin Blanc while embracing the innovation inherent in Pinotage.Distinctly South African wines with a touch of French flair.

THE LODGE

Nestled in the valley below the Simonsberg Mountains, L’Avenir Country Lodge is an intimate, 4-star lodge located on a working wine estate just minutes from the historical town of Stellenbosch.Features include a rim-flow pool overlooking the dams, home-cooked breakfast on the deck, complimentary wine tasting, mountain biking & trail running trails through the vineyards & a cosy fireplace ideal for sipping reds alongside in winter. For any bespoke requests, we will be happy to assist. THE VENUE

L’Avenir offers world class conferencing and wedding facilities, in a tranquil and beautiful countryside setting. The design of the stylish Single Block venue was inspired by the modern elegance of L’Avenir’s Single Block Pinotage and Chenin Blanc. This chic space can accommodate up to 100 delegates for conferences, weddings and ceremonies.

The exclusive Pinotage Lounge is the ideal setting for smaller, intimate occasions. This magical venue is right next to L’Avenir’s maturation cellar and boasts impressive and grandiose finishes.
